Most of our custom fabricated items are made to order and typically ship within 2 to 4 weeks. Please refer to the specific product page for the most accurate lead time estimates.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our products globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
What is your return policy for SRQ Fabrications products?
We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built or modified products are generally final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your package's progress.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, we stand behind our workmanship. All SRQ Fabrications branded products come with a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and manufacturing under normal use.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the fabrication process may have begun, and a restocking fee may apply for cancellations.
