What's Covered:
- Packages lost in transit before delivery is confirmed
- Items that arrive visibly damaged due to mishandling during shipping
- Orders that go missing due to carrier error or misrouting
- Partial losses where only a portion of your order arrives
What's Not Covered:
- Theft of a package after it has been successfully delivered by the carrier, and a verified delivery photo or signature has been captured at your address
